Two New Army Projects For 2015: Tau And Daemons!

Got 2 new army projects planned for the new year, both of which will provide very interesting play styles.

The first of which has been floating around in my mind for years and that is the idea of doing a battlesuit army. I hate the standard Crisis suits and Forgeworld are far too pricey so I converted these elite commando suits a while back...
 

I'll be working on improving the suit for a 3^rd time by making it bit more bulky plus putting it on a raised scenic base. Plus each Crisis team will have a different variant of suit depending on their weapons and role.

It's a small project but should be a fun one to do conversion wise.

The 2^nd army is a replacement for my Thousand Sons and that is a Tzeentch Daemon army as the codex looks a blast to use. At first I was unsure of the conversion potential but then I decided I could convert the army to be pure Tzeentch so create Tzeentch versions of daemons from the other chaos gods.

Like my guard the army has a lot of variety and play styles so should keep me entertained for years.

Plus I'm getting an airbrush for xmas so not only will I'll be able to paint Tau white, I'll be able to paint brighter more vibrant colours on the daemons plus speed up the painting process.
