Ultimate Zeratul

Zeratul was originally a saiyan like any other, and like most saiyans he was sent to conquer a small world when he was just an infant. Zeratul was sent to a planet called Calgar home to a race know as the Zacerions who were able to master their energy in ways even the saiyans couldn't even do. It was also rumored that the most powerful Zacerions were able to convert their entire body into energy reaching a level similar to a Super Saiyan 2. When Zeratul first arrived on the planet Calgar the Zacerions knew of his mission and somehow wiped his mind making him forget about his mission to destroy their world and cutting of his tail to stop him from turning into an Oozaru.
As Zeratul grew his power increased rapidly thanks to the training given to him by the Zacerions by the age of 11 he had already reached the level of Super Saiyan 3 by the age of 16 he was granted the power of the Zacerions. (Giving him a power level like Gohans in the Fusion Saga) It has taken some years but at last Zeratul has succeeded in fusing the energies of the Saiyans with that of the Zacerions and achieved a whole new level of power rated to be greater than any other fighter in the univerise, a power level far beyond a Super Saiyan 4.
His body is 85% energy making him resilient to energy attacks and allowing him to do such exotic abilities such as Regeneration and more techniques taught to him by the Zacerions, It is rumored that the transformation killed him but even the gods themselves couldn’t stop his thirst for battle and he returned to the realm of the living in search for worthy opponents. Zeratul is unable to power down to his original level and his immense power has corrupted his mind he lives for the fight and nothing more and doesn’t care what he has to do to draw a powerful opponent to him
