Da Thunda-Squig Gunship by Proiteus Da Thunda-Squig Gunship by Proiteus
“Dem Thunda-Koptas got dem selfs all shot up, so I ordered Gazza to make me sumthing dead ard and xtra killy and dose new Thunda-Squig Gunships do just dat. No only do dey bring da powa but dey can go real fast too!”

At last a worthy centre-piece for the grot rebellion; behold the Thunda Squig gunship!
The engines are made out of Manticore missiles with the hell strike missiles from the Valkyrie underneath them, throw in some extra bits and some plasticard and you have a Osprey Vendetta conversion. The engines and weapons are magnetised so can be moved about the bottom one being it going at full speed and the middle left representing it not moving at all (which is rare).

This looks so awesome <3 I'm a big sucker for the Osprey and the Valkyrie model in general. This is just the best thing ever :P

Orks invade reach and took the Falcon from UNSC. Why Falcon, not Pelican?

I think you should have kept the dual tails on it, it evens out the rather bulky dumpster-shaped crew compartment on the valks.

It's really impressive, maybe add bit more orky embellishments like a plasticard ork "face" icon, or grotz hanging off the side...shooting. ; ) - sorry, my mek's-mind is running away with me...

looks absolutely brilliant!

That is absolutely brilliant. Its even red as pertaining to the crazy special orc rule. I want one of these. Do you take commisions?

On the offhand...I feel like it could use a bit more orc appeal. Seems too....symmetrical i guess.

Still, kickass

I'm going to say this, I approve this conversion. There seems to be a lack of orkiness cause there is symmetric patterns in the texture.

i area, you are a good painter and very good at converting, but it needs more scrap botled on...just extra armour here and there, badly patched up bits and a few scratches and burn marks. but then again if it goes with your army and they are all clean and shiny too then keep it as it is. i still like it!

I... I thought that was a digital piece but it's a... real model... Personally I think it needs more "Ork" (or Grot in this case, :P) but excellent design.

Only Orks could come up with an Osprey modification long before they invented toothpaste or deodorant
