Da Comm Grot

Another edition to 1750pt games is an officer of the fleet aka 'comm grot'

I did consider converting one of the grot ninjas with a radio since it would most likely be them holding up enemy reinforcement, but I felt this would confuse my opponent since they're already being used as my objective markers.

Also it's nice to have my grot icon back
